In case a passenger cannot use the service due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable reasons beyond their control (force majeure) they have to inform the service provider without delay, in which case the fare already paid will be fully reusable within one year. The passenger has to pay compensation for damages caused by the unreasonable delay of this informing.
In case of legal or public authority measures (e.g. in order to prevent an epidemic or as a direct consequence of one) introduced after the time of the order put extra load on one of the parties (e.g. travel restrictions, quarantine), the parties will use the force majeure provisions.

You can cancel your trip 5 days (120 hours) before departure. You can change the number of participants as you wish 5 days before departure.
You can also change the number of participants between 5-2 days before departure, however, in this case, you can only decrease the number of participants with max 50%. (i.e. if you booked 10 tickets for your group and want to cancel some of the tickets, you can only cancel 5 of them).
Deposits from canceled participants will be deducted from the final amount that you have to pay on site.
Cancellations that happen less than 48 hours before departure cannot be refunded.
Yes, you can also add prosecco which will cost 9€/bottle. If you want to buy proseccos with your ticket, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the tour. Adding prosecco is easy: while booking the ticket, you have to give the exact number of proseccos you want to have on board.
You can also drink your own water and/or soft drinks on the bus.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your booking time! The bus can’t wait for late arrivals, because it has a strict timetable. If you arrive late, we can’t accept your ticket for another tour and you have to buy a new one for a later journey.
There is no minimum number on the Beer Bus, you can come alone and buy only one ticket for yourself to the trip.

No, it’s not. Other passengers will be on the bus too. The maximum capacity of the bus is 40 people.
No, it’s strictly forbidden to consume your own alcohol on the Beer Bus. The staff will confiscate it and only give back at the very end of the tour.
Showing up drunk and/or under the influence is strictly forbidden. If you or anyone of your group shows up that way, we cannot let him on board. As this is a very strict rule, we also won’t give your deposit back in this case.
No. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the Beer Bus.
If it wasn’t unintentional, the staff will warn the passenger. If the behaviour is dangerous for anyone or the passenger doesn’t stop it after the first warn, the bus driver immediately stops the bus and the problematic passenger will be removed from the Beer Bus.
The removed passenger’s friends can decide if they would like to continue the tour without him or her. No refund.
